Thank you, Melissa Hartwig (author of Food Freedom Forever). Now I am hearing Paul Giamatti bawling into Russel Crowe’s ear, “Inside out, Jimmy, from the inside out!!” *sigh.* And the splendid Thomas Newman soundtrack seeps in dramatically. Ah, Cinderella Man. What a movie.
Day 3 of Intermittent Fasting! I’m feeling strong and a little dehydrated. For all the splendid delectables I carefully prepared in the kitchen this morning before heading out for church, your girl here barely touched them. I just wasn’t that hungry.
Until, of course, I went to a lovely little restaurant and savored the most delicious crepes. Oh my goodness, am I glad I had those delectables at 2pm instead of while I type this. Can you imagine the insomnia?
All that and only a couple cups of water. *pinches skin.* Better make that three.
Now, please excuse me as I just take a moment and celebrate this beautiful day and the fact that I was anxious for nothing in last night’s post. 🙂 That’s God for you.
