I can’t believe it. I intermittent fasted today. Today, a school day, a commute day, a stress day a… I mean, all the possible perfect factors to summon what Melissa Hartwig would call my “Sugar Dragon”…were here today.
Granted, I finished off yesterday’s crepes, which were absolutely delicious. But I also brought my own food – a concoction pasta salad of brown rice noodles dressed in an apple cider vinegar base with turmeric, ginger, rosemary and thyme, tossed with scrambled eggs.
Speaking of, I happily discovered a tasty new scrambled egg recipe: whisk eggs together with thick goat kefir (you read that right) and stir in a frying pan anointed with grapeseed oil. I promise you, these eggs were delightful in texture and taste.
So much to be thankful for. Including, but not limited to, goat kefir eggs. Lol.
