It’s hard to admit failure. But, thanks to the coronavirus, I’m not alone…
A ray of sunshine pierced the open air.
“COVID-19? More like, I gained nineteen pounds!!”
From the left corner of the parking lot, a car honked an amen.
I couldn’t agree more with my pastor during last Sunday morning’s drive-in service. Here I am, past 190 pounds, having undergone a massive weight fluctuation. In the last few months, I’ve gone from 173 pounds to 192 pounds! In short, I’ve gained nineteen pounds!!
In the wake of our mandated shut-in, folks have been experiencing “un-health” of some kind. The situation has affected physiques, savings, dreams, etc. Morales are low. Thankfully, God stays the same and sustains me with His Word.
Despite (and because) I’ve failed to stick to my diet, I’m back to blogging my health journey. It’s time to buck up and face the music. It’s time to enjoy nature!
So I’m back with motivation to enjoy everything God’s green earth has to offer with the healthiest possible lifestyle! Here are a “few of my favorite things,” brought to you by my Moto G6 camera.
